Skillz is one of the enigmas of hip-hop. Almost everybody has heard a song by him or written by him, but his solo career has never really taken off. He's done the year end "Rap Ups" for six or seven years now, and he's famos for ghostwriting hits by Jermaine Dupri, Foxy Brown, Will Smith, and Diddy (among others).
